HARRISBURG – State Sen. Mike Regan (R-31) and Gov. Josh Shapiro will visit Rutter’s at 77 Benvenue Road, Duncannon, on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 1:30 p.m. to purchase newly available ready-to-drink cocktails and raise awareness about a new state law.
Regan introduced legislation that was approved by the Senate and House and signed into law by Shapiro, enabling ready-to-drink cocktails to be sold in convenience stores, grocery stores, beer distributors and restaurants in Pennsylvania.
Regan and Shapiro will be available to answer questions about the new law as part of the media availability.
